You should have a contest! It would be pretty awesome. Even if you can't afford anything too lavish for the prizes, for my contest I'm just doing a special stock pack and some requests. And if you invite some manipulators and artists to help you as a panel of judges, often times they will donate as well. I've had a few entries in mine, and you're better known than I am, so I'm sure it would be a lot of fun for you and your watchers.
